- Eligibility:
The Ike’s Love Rewards Super Touchdown Trip Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Participants must be active members of the Ike’s Love Rewards program as of November 15, 2024. Employees of Ike’s Love and Sandwiches, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.
- Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on September 23, 2024, and ends on November 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST. To be eligible, all entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period.
- How to Enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants who are active members of the Ike’s Love Rewards program as of November 15, 2024, will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person will be grounds for disqualification.
- Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of:
- Two (2) tickets to the Big Game (yes, that big game) in New Orleans on February 9, 2025.
- Three (3) nights’ accommodation in a hotel of our choice (double occupancy).
- Round-trip airfare for two (2) from a major airport near the winner’s residence to New Orleans.
The Grand Prize’s Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $4,000. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Ike’s Love and Sandwiches’ sole discretion. Ike’s Love and Sandwiches reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
- Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received by November 15, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and phone within two weeks following the drawing and must respond within two weeks to claim the prize.
- General Conditions:
Ike’s Love and Sandwiches reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Ike’s Love and Sandwiches reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Ike’s Love and Sandwiches in its sole discretion. Ike’s Love and Sandwiches reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or a disruptive manner.
- Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ike’s Love and Sandwiches, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
- Governing Law:
The Sweepstakes is governed by California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Colorado laws, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Privacy:
Information collected from entrants is subject to Ike’s Love and Sandwiches’ privacy policy.
- Winner’s Name:
The winner’s name will be available after November 15, 2024, and can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Ike’s Love and Sandwiches, 5001 Airport Plaza Drive #250, Long Beach, CA 90815.
